Refund and Returns Policy
At Atlantic Container Group, we value your business and strive to provide high-quality shipping containers and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (structural integrity intact for containers; unused for accessories).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at quote@atlanticcontainergroup.com or call us at +1 (940) 218-7601. Please have your invoice number ready.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (change of mind, ordered wrong size), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping/hauling costs for returning the container or accessory.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If a container arrives with structural damage not disclosed at the time of sale (e.g., leaks, door failure), Atlantic Container Group will cover the cost of the return or replacement.
- Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer). You will typically receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
5. Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to large container returns to cover logistics and inspection labor.
