At Atlantic Container Group, we ensure a transparent and efficient delivery process for our shipping containers and accessories. We deliver across the United States with specific logistics tailored for oversized equipment.

1. Shipping Costs & Methods

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our nearest inventory hub (e.g., Denton, TX) to your drop-off location. All costs are disclosed clearly at checkout or provided via a formal quote before payment.

  • Standard Container Delivery: Handled via Tilt-Bed or Flatbed trailers.
  • Accessories/Small Parts: Shipped via standard ground carriers (UPS/FedEx).

2. Handling & Transit Times

To comply with Google Merchant Center standards, we maintain the following estimated timelines for all orders:

Order Handling Time 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
Transit Time 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
Total Estimated Delivery 2 – 6 Business Days

*Note: Custom modifications (windows, doors, paint) may extend handling time by 5-10 additional days.

3. Delivery Site Requirements

Due to the size of shipping containers, customers must ensure the following:

  • Space: At least 60ft of straight-line clearance for a 20ft container, and 100ft for a 40ft container.
  • Surface: The ground must be level and firm (concrete, gravel, or packed dirt) to prevent the truck from sinking.
  • Obstructions: Please ensure there are no low-hanging wires or tree branches in the delivery path.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our logistics team will contact you via phone or email with a 4-hour delivery window. You will also receive the driver’s contact information to coordinate the final drop-off.
